Pikes Peak BOCES Takes Ownership of the Gorman Education Center:
Mr. Bill Nevills, Board President, signed the papers for the new home of the Pikes Peak BOCES and the School of Excellence yesterday at closing. Having an owners representative and an architect firm, our last piece of the puzzle is the interviews for general contractors.
The PPBOCES DAG (Design Advisory Group) will be meeting in the next week to decide how furnishing and equipment is best utilized for the $3,000,000 dollar remodel.
There will be an open house at the Gorman Education Center on January 24, 2013 at 4:00pm to celebrate this new begning for the Pikes Peak BOCES.
What an exciting time for the Execptional Children in the Pikes Peak region!
