Conference Room Reservations

The Pikes Peak BOCES provides space for meetings, training's and other events, with two conference room options. These rooms are available upon request, free of charge during normal hours of operation (9am-5pm). For rates for after-hours events, please see our Facility Rate Schedule.

The Medium Conference Room is located on the main level, at the back entrance of the BOCES building, and can hold up to 40 people comfortably. This room includes the following amenities;

    * (1) Projector & Adaptor Cable
​    * Tables, Chairs
​    * Extension Cords,
​    * Sink, Microwave
​    * Wifi

​The Large Conference Room is located on the second level, at the back entrance of the BOCES building, and can hold up to 100 people comfortably. This room includes the following amenities;


   * (2) Projector's & (1) Adaptor Cable​
​   * Tables, Chairs​
​   * Extension Cords
​   * Sink, Microwave
​​   * Wifi​
