Conference Room Reservations

The Pikes Peak BOCES provides space for meetings, training's and other events to our Member and Associate Members, with two conference room options. These rooms are available upon request, free of charge during normal hours of operation (8 AM to 4 PM). 

The Medium Conference Room is located on the main level, at the back entrance of the BOCES building, and can hold up to 40 people comfortably. This room includes the following amenities;

    * (1) Projector & Adaptor Cable
​    * Tables, Chairs
​    * Extension Cords,
​    * Sink, Microwave, Commercial Coffee Maker (see reservation form for information.)
​    * WiFi

​The Large Conference Room is located on the second level, at the back entrance of the BOCES building, and can hold up to 100 people comfortably. This room includes the following amenities;


   * (2) Projector's & (1) Adaptor Cable​
​   * Tables, Chairs​
​   * Extension Cords
​   * Sink, Microwave, Commercial Coffee Maker (see reservation form for information)
​​   * WiFi​
